Complain to TM Net

I have been calling the operator at 100 for several times everyday since last Thursday.I am now very frustrated. I do not understand why does it take so long to answer to my simple request .My internet line was struck by lightning. My daughter could not surf the net to do her homework. TM Net operator kept on giving many excuses . I am not going to tolerate such irresponsible actions .However I am bonded by two years contract with TM Net. In my opinion ,the service provider should improve their customer services before losing all their trust.
